Resources Expo is a reconfiguration of Forest Expo (1988-2006) and Forest and Resources Expo (2008). We recognized the need to change and grow, to broaden our focus and be more inclusive of all land-based resource industries, in acknowledgement of our common interests and issues, connectivity on so many levels, and the wisdom of collaboration, cooperation and communication.
Resources Expo 2010 is a whole new model, based on the economic and future needs of BC's resource industries, whether traditional extraction activities or emergent energy and bio-mass initiatives.

In providing this incredibly valuable networking and information sharing opportunity, it is our goal to strengthen northern BC's economic, community and environmental sustainability. We want to connect companies with needs to those companies, professionals and workers who can meet those needs. We aim to provide state-of-the-art information on current and emerging issues that we all face. And we're offering the opportunity to showcase your products, services, equipment, technology, or professional expertise to the very clients and mega-projects that are going to need them now and in the future.
